AN intercepted conversation of Tahawwur Rana has revealed that the terror conspirator wanted Pakistan's highest military honour, the Nishan-e-Haider, to be posthumously conferred to the nine Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists killed during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
