BALLARI District Health and Family Welfare Officer Dr Yalla Ramesh Babu has urged the public to take precautionary measures to prevent accidents caused by lightning and thunderstorms, which are common during the pre-monsoon and monsoon seasons.
He stated that the onset of rain in May often comes with intense lightning and thunderstorms, accompanied by strong winds. In recent days, such weather has been observed in various parts of the district. In light of this, he highlighted the importance of public awareness and adherence to safety guidelines.
