Kotak Bank net profit rises by 4.3% to ₹3,446 cr in Q3FY26

KOTAK Mahindra Bank on Saturday reported a 4.3% rise in net profit at ₹3,446 crore in Q3FY26 against ₹3,305 crore in December 2024, driven by growth in net interest income and other income.
The bank will have incur onetime expense of ₹128 crore due to new labour codes.On a consolidated basis, the bottomline rose 5% to ₹4,924 crore, and the bank said close to a third of the total net income is contributed the subsidiaries.
