Ex-SSB personnel fires at cousin over quarrel; 10-year-old boy also injured

A former Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel was arrested by the Koodakovil police on Sunday for allegedly firing at his cousin with his licensed pistol during a quarrel, causing injuries to his right rib.
According to police, another bullet the accused fired had hit some solid object and a broken chip out of it hit a 10-year-old boy standing nearby. Both of them have been admitted to hospital and are out of danger.
