On the eve of marking 11 years of the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said the NDA government has set a new, redefined benchmark in development, with women at the forefront in the country.

ON the eve of marking 11 years of the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said the NDA government has set a new, redefined benchmark in development, with women at the forefront in the country.

"Over the past 11 years, the NDA government has redefined women-led development," the PM said in a post reflecting the government's initiatives since 2014, aimed at empowering women by accelerating women-led development. "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao ignited a national movement to protect the girl child," he added.
