STATE Medical and Health Minister Y Satya Kumar Yadav inaugurated four electricity substations and laid the foundation stone for three more in Madakasira constituency, promising round-the-clock power supply to the region.
Addressing a public meeting, the minister said the new infrastructure would significantly improve power distribution and support development.
He highlighted the Suryagarh scheme, which allows consumers to become electricity producers, enabling them to sell surplus power to the government at ₹2.09 per unit.
A ₹7,000 crore solar park is also proposed for Madakasira, with land to be acquired on a high-lease basis.
