The property registrations rose to 1,50,254, driven by increase in end-user demand and supportive supply-side ecosystem.
According toa Knight Frank report, the housing registration in the megapolis crossed the 1.5-lakh units mark. The Maharashtra government has collected 713,487 crore through stamp duty, which is also a 14-year high, underlining strong transaction volumes and improving property values.
