Massive turnout for Yogandhra events

THE Yogandhra programme, organised on the shores of Mypadu beach as part of the month-long campaign, witnessed the participation of over 2,000 people on Tuesday.
Addressing the people on the occasion, Kovur MLA Vemireddy Prashanthi Reddy urged everyone to make yoga a part of their daily lives, emphasising that 'Health is true Wealth'.
She stated that complete wellness can only be achieved through regular yoga practice.
She appealed to the public to support Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu's health mission by adopting yoga as a lifelong habit.
MLA Prashanthi Reddy also pointed out that even those unable to do physical workouts or walking can stay healthy through yoga at home.
