NEW DELHI on Thursday briefed envoys from across the globe, including the US, the UK, France, China, and Russia, on the Pahalgam terror attack and its link to cross-border terrorism even as it stopped issuing visas to Pakistan nationals.
Envoys of Germany, Oman, the UAE, Qatar, Norway, Italy, Indonesia, and Malaysia were also present when Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri apprised the diplomats of the details surrounding the attack, which claimed 26 lives.
