'Manoranjan had gone to Cambodia for work in '16, but family says not aware'

MANORANJAN D from Mysuru, one of the two men who breached Parliament security on December 13, had reportedly visited Cambodia in 2016 and stayed there for a year, according to sources.

“He had reportedly told his family that he was going to Cambodia for a job but no one knows the nature of the job or the details of his visit to the country,” sources, pleading anonymity, told this newspaper.

Sources also said that Manoranjan had made four trips to New Delhi this year, but again he did not share the reasons for the visits and the people he met in the national capital.
