Kotak Bank announces 5:1 stock split

THE country’s fourth-largest private sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank on Friday announced a 5:1 stock split after 15 years.
It coincides with the establishment of the predecessor of the bank 40 years ago as a non-banking finance company with %30 lakh capital.
