TWO days after the Red Fort car blast, the government for the first time categorised it as a terror strike.
A Union Cabinet meeting led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday passed a resolution expressing profound grief over the loss of 12 lives in the explosion, describing it as an "act of heinous terror" by anti-national forces.
The carefully worded resolution restricted itself to the phrase 'anti-national forces', stopping short of pointing fingers at any external elements.
