THE top law officer of the Central government, Attorney General (AG) R Venkataramani, on Tuesday told the Supreme Court that the Centre was ready to discuss with the Kerala government on the row over cap on net borrowing.
Senior lawyer Kapil Sibal, appearing for the Kerala government, told the top court that the state as well has agreed to send a delegation to Delhi on Wednesday to hold a dialogue with representatives of the Central government.
