BJD partnered with BJP to loot Odisha, says Rahul

SENIOR Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday came down heavily on the BJD and BJP, alleging they have been running the government in partnership. They have looted the state and have given the people 'PANN', he stated.
Launching the Congress election campaign with a well-attended rally at Salipur in Cuttack district, Rahul said though the BJD and BJP are fighting the polls against each other, actually they are working together. "Call it a partnership or marriage, both the BJD and BJP are together. Uncle-ji (in an apparent reference to the prime minister) and Naveen-babu have given the people PANN, meaning Pandian (Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik's former secretary VK Pandian who quit IAS to join BJD), Amit Shah, Narendra Modi, Naveen Patnaik.
