Alcaraz ends Sinner's run to win Italian Open

Carlos Alcaraz won the Italian Open on Sunday after beating rival Jannik Sinner 7-6 (5), 6-1 in the final in Rome.
Alcaraz, who will climb to World No 2 behind Sinner on Monday, won his third title of the season ahead of the French Open which starts next weekend. The Spaniard also ended Sinner's, who returned to action last week from a three-month doping ban, unbeaten
