After 2-wk of questioning, CBI arrests RG Kar ex-principal in corruption case

THE CBI on Monday evening arrested former principal of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital Sandip Ghosh in connection with alleged financial irregularities at the state-run institution during his tenure.

The CBI had been questioning Ghosh for 15 days in connection with the horrific rape-murder of the 31-year-old trainee doctor on August 9.
