THEY'RE having terrible problems with shoplifting in Thailand, according to Associated Press.

One culprit recently made off with nine bags of sweet rice crackers, a sandwich and a bunch of dried bananas.
The culprit was a wild elephant who caused havoc in a grocery store when he strolled in from a nearby national park and helped himself to food off the shelves.
Videos of the incident show the huge male, known as Plai Biang Lek, briefly stopping in front of the shop, located on a main road near the Khao Yai National Park in north-east Thailand, before ducking his whole body inside.
