WINE-TASTING EVENT SET FOR RETURN
The Journal
|August 30, 2025
A WINE tasting event which proved a hit on its debut last autumn will be back for a second time this October, with another array of tipples from around the world.
-
Gateshead Wine Fair is returning to St Mary's Heritage Centre — just a short distance over the bridge from Newcastle — where it was a sellout in 2024.
And the followup is set to be a similar success on October 5 when there will be 60 international wines to sample and discount bottles available to buy. Limited numbers of tickets are on sale, costing £25 which includes samples.
