Ticket offer for those on UC at local attraction

ONE of Newcastle's leading visitor attractions will be cutting entry fees for those on Universal Credit in a bid to give families a helping hand this summer.

Life Science Centre will have a reduced-price ticket on sale from this weekend, inviting those who receive the Government payment to visit for £3.
Those eligible will be able to take up to five others along with them, with each paying an admission fee of just £3. Usual ticket prices are around £14.95 for adults and £11 for children aged three and over.
