Newcastle to hold fresh talks with striker Osula as boss hopes to persuade Dane star to stay put on Tyneside

NEWCASTLE

United will hold fresh talks with William Osula after warning off any January transfer window 'time wasters' over the weekend.Once again, there were strong links from Germany linking the Danish Under-21 attacker with Eintracht Frankfurt.

Sources close to either the Bundesliga club or the player's representatives are being blamed for the constant links which keep appearing on Sky Sports in Germany with the forward.

However, The Journal can reveal that Newcastle have not had any type of official contact from the Frankfurt side since they tried a cheeky loan bid last August - let alone a serious cash offer.

That's what it will take to lure Osula away from Newcastle this window.
