Lyon ace could fit the bill in bid to bolster back-line

SUNDERLAND must recruit to give themselves a shot at Premier League survival and an update has emerged on Duje Ćaleta-Car.

As reported by Footmercato, Sunderland are keeping an eye on Lyon defender Ćaleta-Car, who is deemed surplus to requirements with the Ligue 1 outfit.
The 28-year-old has one year left on his contract and has been in and out of the first team for the French side this season.
