Home form is crucial in Black Cats' bid to stay up - Yorke

FORMER Sunderland striker Dwight Yorke thinks the club’s home form is crucial if they are to stay in the Premier League.
The Black Cats have embarked on a £140m spending spree in the last couple of months, but the former forward - a treble winner with Manchester United in 1999 - is still wary of their chances of staying in the top division.
“I’m not sure Sunderland are consistent enough to stay in the Premier League,” admitted Yorke.
“Sunderland's home games are crucial. There is no way that they believe they're going to be comfortable in the Premier League.
“It shows over the years, you just have to look at the history where Sunderland is concerned. They come up, they get relegated, they go back, they come back up, they've got that inconsistency.
