At the Annual General Meeting held on the 19th June, at the Galle Face Hotel, Ajith de Silva was unanimously elected to the Chair of the MBA Alumni Association.

Ravi Jayawardana CEO, Maliban Group was Chief Guest and Prof Indika Karunatilleke Vice Chancellor was Guest of Honor.
Ajith De Silva becomes the 28th President of the Association which commits its membership and all professionals to further education and assists the University in all its outreach programs. The highlight in their calendar is the platform they arrange for the business community and the highest Government officials to analyze the annual appropriation measures so as to be of value to the community.
