Ageing is a natural process, but you can age gracefully by taking proper care of your skin.
This week I've decided to give you some natural home treatments for ageing skin that are simple and effective and will help keep your skin healthy, hydrated and young.
Aloe Vera:
Most of my readers, I’m sure, do have aloe vera plants. All you have to do is to extract the aloe vera gel from a leaf and apply a thin layer to your cleansed face.
Leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
Use daily or at least 03-04 times per week for optimum hydration and rejuvenation.
For enhanced benefits, mix the aloe vera gel with a few drops of vitamin E oil to maximise skin repair and moisture retention.
