Ananda took the top spot in Group 'A' of the Under 19 Division I tier 'B' cricket tournament with a seven wickets win over Wesley as they handed the third consecutive defeat to the latter at Katunayake on Wednesday.
Stand-in skipper Nethul Edirimanne led from the front, top scoring with 68 runs to make short work of a target of 128 runs.
His knock included three fours and three sixes.
