Declan Marsden pleaded guilty to stalking

(WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE)

A PREDATOR who continued to stalk a Kirklees woman despite a restraining order against him has been jailed.

Declan Marsden, of Healey Lane in Batley, was sentenced to two years in prison at Leeds Crown Court on Tuesday after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim and two offences of intimidating a witness.
