A DRIVER from West Devon is expected to offer a plea next month to a charge of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm to a pedestrian in Plymouth.

Jordan Blackmore, aged 29, from Fore Street, Bere Ferrers, was arrested by police following an incident in Southside Street, the Barbican, at around 2pm on November 21 last year, which saw a man who had got out of an orange Volkswagen van suffer serious injuries after he was in collision with the rear of a blue Audi S3.
