Grazie to Graziano, as Strictly star visits city

WORKSHOPS HELD AT PLYMPTON STUDIO

A STAR OF Strictly Come Dancing spent a day at a Plymouth dancing studio, teaching workshops and sharing his love of dance.

Graziano Di Prima, who starred in the BBC show from 2018 to 2023, said he 'found the best community ever' when he visited Empower Dance and Fitness Studios in Plympton recently.

The Italian star and choreographer taught workshops in the Cha Cha and Jive, and even said the enthusiasm of students reinforced his love of dance.

The studio even created special T-shirts for the event, with the slogan 'I danced with Graz'.

Kelly Harding from Empower Dance and Fitness Studios, said: "The idea actually came from one of our students and part-time team members Clare Sansom, who organised the whole event, which we were really grateful for.

"I couldn't believe it because I didn't really know if Graziano would actually come down to Plymouth, but he did and everyone was so excited.
