ARGYLE'S IBRAHIM STRUCK DOWN WITH SIGNIFICANT INJURY

- By CHRIS ERRINGTON

PLYMOUTH Argyle midfielder Bradley Ibrahim will be out of action for 'months not weeks' after suffering a freak ankle injury in training this week, head coach Tom Cleverley has revealed.

It is yet another injury blow for the Pilgrims, who have had several players ruled out for substantial periods this season, and now 21-year-old Ibrahim has joined that list.

Cleverley told a Press conference on Thursday lunchtime, ahead of the away game against Port Vale on Saturday: "Unfortunately, Bradley Ibrahim has suffered a significant injury in training this week.

"It was a freak incident where his studs got caught in the ground and then received a contact. It's a significant ankle injury. It will be months not weeks."
