'MERMAID BOIL' POP-UP BUSINESS CAN BE FOUND ACROSS THE CITY

A PLYMOUTH woman has started a seafood business in Britain's Ocean City which is already receiving waves of five-star reviews.

Roxy Roxy launched the Mermaid Boil recently as popup business which can be found in various venues across Plymouth.

It specialises in New Orleans-style seafood boils: a one-pot meal containing a variety of seafood, such as shrimp and lobster, with vegetables such as sweet corn and potatoes.

The Mermaid Boil has a new regular spot at the Steel Brew microbrewery and bar in the Royal William Yard, and on December 3, the Mermaid Boil will surface at the Capital DC tiki bar and lounge at Derrys Cross.

And on December 11 it can be found on the boil at the Lounge public house in Stoke.
