The Clockhouse property to be demolished for the Woolwell to The George highways scheme

DEMOLITION of a house to make way for the Woolwell to The George transport scheme, a pet crematorium, and a conversion of six flats into an 18-room house of multiple occupation, are among the latest applications to Plymouth City Council.

Plymouth City Council is seeking prior approval from its planning department to demolish 448 Tavistock Road, known as 'The Clockhouse,' to facilitate highways improvements which are expected to improve transport and traffic flows in north Plymouth.
