Biker who lost control is seriously hurt

A MOTORCYCLIST suffered life-changing injuries in a crash in Plymouth at the weekend.

Devon and Cornwall Police said that the injured rider was a man in his 40s.
He was riding a blue Yamaha motorcycle on North Prospect Road on the afternoon of Saturday, October 4, when he lost control of the bike and crashed. Initial reports suggested that the rider had swerved to avoid a car and then hit a lamppost.
