The Herald
|July 17, 2025
PLYMOUTH Argyle will play at home in three of their first four matches in the 2025/26 FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division.
-
Argyle appointed former Stoke City boss Marie Hourihan as their head coach this summer after narrowly avoiding relegation last season and several new players have been added to the squad while a number of others have moved on. They will kickoff their campaign at home to Hashtag United, who were runners-up to Ipswich Town in the FAWNL Southern Premier Division in 2024/25, on Sunday, August 17.
Argyle will also be in FAWNL Cup action in the opening weeks of the season, with the first of three group stage games being away to Marine Academy Plymouth on Thursday, August 21.
Hourihan's side will play the first of their two league Devon derby games away to Exeter City on Wednesday, October 29 with the Greens hosting the return match on Wednesday, February 18.
