A MAN who rummaged through rubbish bags looking for items to sell has been fined by a court.
-
Paul Farnaby, 49, was caught in May last year pilfering black bags from a property in Acklam, Middlesbrough.
He admitted opening the rubbish bags on a green near Greenwood Avenue while looking for items to sell. He then dumped them in the area.
