My head's in a spin trying to get washer delivered

WHO would believe it would be that difficult to get a washing machine delivered?
Buying it wasn’t that hard, but getting it delivered has proven beyond me this week.
Considering my day job is sometimes quite complicated I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to speak to a real person to get it delivered.
It was meant to come earlier in the week but it didn’t turn up and I don’t have any messages to say that it wasn’t coming.
A whole day wasted. The hard part now is that I am not sure if I am angry about it not turning up when it was meant to, or the fact that it was so hard to try to sort it out.
