It's a day I'll never forget, says Swede

KIM Hellberg says he will remember his first win as Middlesbrough manager, and the full-time scenes at the Riverside, for the rest of his life.

Coming from behind to beat Derby County 2-1, the new head coach had the winning start to life in the Boro hotseat that he craved. It sparked huge celebrations, during which, the Swede tried to take a backseat to the players before being forced to the front of the pack.

"The whole day has been crazy," Hellberg said at full-time. "It's a very proud moment. I'm happy. There's a lot of feelings going through. But at the same time, very proud of the lads and how they performed. It's a big day. I will remember this for the rest of my life."
