Family set for final farewell to father of missing teen

THE funeral details of much-loved and respected Middlesbrough man Brian Keogh have been shared by his family.

Hundreds of tributes were paid following the news of Brian's death, with many remembering the 69-year-old as "one of life's true gentlemen".

His wife Shirley told The Gazette the whole family has taken comfort from the many kind words, well-wishes, flowers and cards sent since Brian lost his battle with a lung condition on July 26.

Many remember him for his tireless efforts to find answers over what happened to his daughter Donna.

She was just 17 when she disappeared from Bow Street on April 19, 1998.

She is believed to have been murdered but her family were unable to lay her to rest as her body was never found and her killer or killers have never faced justice.
