Banned from begging and being abusive

A REDCAR woman has been handed a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) preventing her from begging and being abusive.
-
Emma Richie, 45, pictured below, was issued with a CBO by the courts after Redcar's Neighbourhood Policing Team worked with council colleagues to act on concerns from the public.
The CBO is in place until December 2027 and means Richie will have to abide by a number of conditions or face prosecution.
