The University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters overcame an explosive endgame performance by the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Panthers to pull off a 67-66 cliffhanger in the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) Season 25 basketball tournament on Thursday evening, October 16, at the Cebu Coliseum.

The Webmasters saw their 22-point lead, 56-34, late in the third period evaporate as the gallant Panthers launched a decisive counterattack in the final stretch to come threateningly close within two points, 64-66, behind a 9-0 blitz capped by Redjhee Recimento's back-to-back triples in the final 37 seconds.
