According to a report in this newspaper, the Mandaue City Jail has established a greenhouse at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Mandaue City Female Dormitory.

The greenhouse is part of a program between the BJMP and the Department of Agriculture (DA) to provide inmates with practical agricultural skills and a sustainable livelihood opportunity after they get out of prison.
