It's been said that good design speaks without needless fluffs and frills — that it is there the moment you see it.
This view towards the hallmarks of good design served as the heart of the “Philippine Terno Gala 2025” in the most elemental and straightforward of tenses.
Essentially a marquee Filipiniana-themed fashion presentation, the runway affair has captivated the fancies of fashionistas since 2023 when it was minted as a biennial celebration of the terno and the barong.
This year’s holding drew all sights to the creative leanings of Metro Manila’s Jojie Lloren and Joey Samson, which were showcased next to the unwavering artistic tenacities of Cebu’s Edwin Ao, Jun Escario, Protacio and Cary Santiago.
