PropTech hosts 2-day real estate hackathon

PropTech Philippines, a leading advocate for real estate technology in the country, is set to host Hackestate: Hackathon 2025, a two-day innovation sprint aimed at solving real-world challenges in the real estate and events industries through digital solutions.
The pioneering event, taking place starting today (April 14 to 15) at the Sacred Heart Center in Cebu City, is organized in partnership with Filipino Homes, the country’s largest real estate service network.
The hackathon is open to student teams who will compete by developing web-based applications focused on creativity, user experience, and real-world applicability.
"This is more than just a competition-it’s a platform for innovation," said Anthony Gerard Leuterio, CEO of PropTech Philippines and founder of Filipino Homes.
