Outgoing queen Ketut Permata Juliastrid of Indonesia crowned the American beauty, who espoused support for cancer as her global project.
Miss Cosmo Philippines 2025 Chelsea Fernandez was crowned her sole runner-up, proclaimed Best in Evening Gown, and the winner of the People’s Choice Awards with over 16 million votes.
The three other Top 5 qualifiers were Gabriela Borges (Brazil), Ivory Mora (Panama, Beauty Icon award) and Wyint Myat Moe (Myanmar, Miss Socials).
The other candidates who received special awards were Tofunmi Adekola (Nigeria, Best in Carnival Costume) and Cassia Sharpley (Namibia, Impactful Beauty award).
Chelsea’s question-and-answer and head-to-head challenges impressed viewers. After picking the name of Miss Cote d’Ivoire Universe 2025 Olivia Yace, Chelsea was asked about one mindset on women that limits their progress.
