MCIA ranks 7th in World's Most Improved Airports

The Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) has earned another international distinction after being ranked 7th among the World's Most Improved Airports in the 2025 Skytrax World Airport Awards.
The award, presented by United Kingdom-based aviation consultancy Skytrax, widely regarded as the “Oscars of the aviation industry,” recognizes global hubs that have shown exceptional progress in infrastructure, passenger experience, and service excellence.
Skytrax is known for its independent, passenger-driven reviews and global benchmarking, serving as the gold standard for airport and airline excellence.
