Cebu’s Christwil Villanueva makes rousing debut in Malaysia Superbike Championship

Multi-titled Cebuano rider Christwil “Bogart” Villanueva made quite an impression while representing the Philippines in Round 3 of the Aeon Credit MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship 2025 at the Petronas Sepang International Circuit over the weekend.

From just 17th place in the qualifying, Villanueva, on board the Yamaha R3 in the SS250 class, leapfrogged to earn the No.10 spot in Race | despite being slapped with a penalty due to jump start.
In Race 2, the 18-year-old pride of Talisay City went through another highly competitive battle against top caliber rivals before finishing at P13.
