Modi to open Navi Mumbai airport, Metro Line-3 today

PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate phase one of the Navi Mumbai International Airport and the final phase of Mumbai Metro Line-3 on Wednesday during his two-day Maharashtra visit. He will also hold talks with his British counterpart Keir Starmer in the city to boost the India-UK strategic partnership.
Modi will land at the DB Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport at 2.40 pm and undertake a walkthrough of the new airport. At 3.30 pm, he will inaugurate Phase I of the airport and also virtually launch the Aqualine underground Metro line, which runs from Aarey-JVLR to Cuffe Parade; Mumbai One unified ticket app; and Targhar railway station in Navi Mumbai.
