Rama Ambedkar hails Bhaiyasahab’s role

Bhahiyasahab Yashwantrao Ambedkar, son of BR Ambedkar, carried the flame of Bhimjyoti from Mhow to Mumbai and built Babasaheb’s memorial at Chaityabhoomi entirely with public contributions.
Neither the government nor political parties supported the construction, which grew only as much as people's donations allowed, said Rama Ambedkar-Teltumbde, granddaughter of Ambedkar.
