Different colour cards to distinguish regular and contract staff
Indian Railways has decided to introduce a new QR code-based identity card system for its regular and contract employees in a move aimed at strengthening security and modernising employee identification.
The decision has been taken by the Railway Board and will be implemented across all railway zones in the country.
