Warn of indefinite hunger strike from today if demands not met

Around 4,000 candidates for Teacher Recruitment Grade 2 (Middle School ) and Grade 3 (Primary School) of Madhya Pradesh protested at the Di-

rectorate of Public Instruction (DPI) here on Tuesday demanding the government to increase the number of posts. The protesters also recited the Hanuman Chalisa.

The aspirants demanded the state government to increase the number of positions in all subjects of middle teachers by at least 3,000 each and increase the number of positions in primary teachers to 25,000.
