MP Yaduveer Wadiyar flags off Mysuru Marathon, over 4000 participate

Over 4000 people including fitness enthusiasts from across the country took part in the Mysuru marathon organized by Karnataka Postal Circle along with the state youth empowerment and sports affairs ministry on Sunday to mark National Postal Week celebrations.

The Postal Training Centre of the city organised the event with the main intention of popularising marathons in the cultural city of Mysuru, on the lines of the Mumbai Marathon, Delhi Marathon, Vizag Marathon, Kolkata Marathon, and Chennai Marathon, which are widely popular. The objective of the run was also to showcase products and services offered by India Post, particularly among millennials and Gen Z.
